Each appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy so we can continue providing the highest level of care to all our valued clients.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. However, arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. The full service price will still apply.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Appointments booked using prepaid packages are subject to the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations may result in a partial session deduction, while no shows may result in the loss of a full session.

Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that life happens. Illness, family emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances will be considered individually at management’s discretion.
